Premium Subscription Services
Subscription Cancellation
- Monthly Subscriptions: Can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Annual Subscriptions: Can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Pro-rated refunds available within first 14 days.
- Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal date.

Refund Policy
Eligible for Full Refund (14-Day Money Back Guarantee)
- Premium subscription purchased within last 14 days
- Technical issues preventing access to services
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service not as described in our terms
Partial Refunds
- Annual subscriptions cancelled after 14 days but within 30 days (pro-rated)
- Service interruptions lasting more than 72 hours (account credit)
Non-Refundable Items
- Monthly subscriptions used for more than 14 days
- Account deposits and trading funds
- Services used in violation of our Terms of Service
- Refund requests after 60 days from purchase
Account Deposits & Trading Funds
Deposit Policy
Account deposits are considered trading funds and are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:
- Duplicate Transactions: Accidental multiple deposits will be refunded within 48 hours
- Technical Errors: System errors causing incorrect deposits will be corrected immediately
- Unauthorized Access: Deposits made due to account compromise (requires police report)
Withdrawal Process
- Trading funds can be withdrawn to original payment method
- Withdrawal processing time: 3-7 business days
- Minimum withdrawal amount: $50 USD or equivalent
- Withdrawal fees may apply based on payment method
Refund Processing
Processing Timeframes
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
- UPI/Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
Refund Methods
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original method is unavailable:
- Account credit will be issued
- Alternative payment method may be arranged
- Bank transfer for amounts over $200 USD
